I hope we lose to Temple
To hire a Coach that isn't such a risk takes $$. Otherwise you: -hire a fired former Head Coach and take a chance (McCarney), -hire a hot shot Coordinator at a P4 and hope he knows how to become a HC (Seth), -or hire a HC from a lower division and hope he can translate his style to FBS level (Morris) -

Seriously? The AD doesn't care about verbal fan demands...unless you have a check with lots of $$$ on it to give?? Every fan of every team that is below .500 is also demanding their coach and AD be fired. It's a yearly tradition. One we have participated in far too often. Anyway....the point is (most) everyone on this board is a fan, and nobody is happy about losing. The first reaction in losing is fire the coach. You already know it won't happen until money is not an issue. Why didn't we fire the DC on a 2-year contract after his first season? $$
