Well...if we really (and accurately) dissect the quote... about 25% of the U.S. population is under 18, and thus ineligible to vote. That leaves roughly 232.5 million possible voters...using your number of 153.4 million workers, that would leave just over 79 million eligible non-working voters.

---And a lot of those 79% happen to be spouses that do not hold a regular job that are counting in the stats..... but their husband works... tough to call these people lazy non-working people. Stats are good "tools" but only when they are analyzed a bit with an explanation. That 79 million also included people well past their working age too... again would not call these people bums either.

Hey, welcome to the convo screamin eagle. I think we got it straightened out. CBL misread my initial posts and tried to take a shot at me and then went on with some unnecessary math. Thanks for the input though champ.
