When I was out on Saturday, I noticed a good, strong 4G signal from Sprint. No Wi-Fi needed on my end.

Verizon has awesome 4G LTE coverage at the stadium. 12 - 15 Mbps on average.

Not knowing any specifics, I would bet there are many legit reasons that do not undermine one's green blood.

Don't you know anyone that likes to listen to the live radio play-by-play of games they are attending? I bet internet offers that access and tons more. Stats, Vito's live blog, etc....

WiFi would be a great upgrade from my Verizon broadband card when watching early games on the laptop via Slingbox during tailgating.

I like to blow up facebook with tons of pictures of the game and my friends while at the games, and if we are winning pictures of the scoreboard. This is much easier to do with wifi. Plus any time 30,000+ people gather in one place AT&T service tends to crash. Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is a perfect example.

This would be one of the reasons why any WiFi networks available at the stadium would be locked down.
