i haven't received any gift yet?? anybody at the $500 level received their gift yet?

this was last years gift.

did anyone have trouble using this money? or were there any instructions on how to redeem this money? i talked to the customer service of the site and they said it just gave you a discount on the merchandise. is this what people remember?

If I remember correctly, they sent an actual gift card and you used it on the official merchandise site. There was a code. It was fairly easy to use from my recollection.

Not a fan of the gift card. Tend to set them down and never use them.

yeah, me neither. I like the UNT collapsible coolers that I have seen at various GMG.com events. Those were a gift a few years ago. I wish they would do something that is branded UNT, and is unique to members like the cooler.
