WHAT?!?! :o No "quitter" comments?

Hmmmm, I guess since it benefits us that's a different matter......... <_<

So? what so bad about being a homer? and hes transfering from OU.... Not North Texas....to try to compare this to RD again is a lil ridiculous but hey its gmg.com ive come to expect some strong opinions. RD didnt transfer becuz of PT, hell with Darius Carey being dismissed he probably wouldve been the starting WR , something you couldnt say about Marcus Trice....OU is stacked at WR with Broyles and just about every other position is stacked so you cant really call someone a quitter if they are leaving to the team for PT

Don't take this board too seriously.

With two 4 star transfers coming in and a good start to turning the program around, maybe this will help pull in a better than good, maybe even exceptional, recruiting class. Other players take notice of who is on the roster and coming in. Hoping this is just a start of good things from D-Mac & Co.

That was a 4* safety commit to OU that he was smoking. We sure could use him at WR this year but if it has to wait then so be it :)

He also beat Gabe Lynn, who is also a DB at OU.

You look at that video, see that three or four went to OU, and you realize how big the talent gap is between that UTs, OUs, Bamas, etc. and the non-BCS AQs is. All of those guys are quick and have good hands...and, that was before they got to college.

This thing is, it's hard to be down on a kid with that much talent who wants to play but is too far down the depth chart of his fellow 4- and 5-star recruits. He's not bad, it's just that everyone those schools sign is fantastic.

Look at the kid who led Tulsa to a 10-3 record and a win at Notre Dame last year - G.J. Kinne. That guy started his career at Texas, but got tired of sitting behind Colt McCoy. The guy may never be a pro, but he's obviously a pretty good college QB.

You can't fault guys like Kinne and Trice for moving on. As I've posted before, recruiting is a two way street - and the kids only have five to play four. If thing aren't the way the coaching staff sold to them when they were sitting in your living room during recruiting, I've got no problem with a kid leaving.

Damn he's quick. All of those guys are insanely quick. I love watching the hungry work to get better. We have seen what T.Y. Hilton did for FIU. Just think what will be possible once Coach Mac fills his roster with this level of players?

Good things continue to happen for the Mean Green. Another good thing about this sort of thing is that it tends to bring other good news with it...that is, once these highly rated players start giving UNT a look-see more and more will do the same...much like the men's basketball program at UNT. The good news just keeps getting better and better for UNT these days.

GREAT news...keep it coming. The Kickoff Cookout should be great fun indeed.

GO MEAN GREEN & WHY NOT NORTH TEXAS INDEED!!!!!
