The EPA is out of control. Like I said, just wait until we start having rolling blackouts in August around here and we will see who is harmed the most.

Rick, how many calls does your department receive now for heat related prostration? How many more would you envision once this takes place?

I know a guy who works for TXU. He said it is common place for many people to fall way behind on their electric payments (the pick slip) and get their electic turned off. I guess some people will have to make serious choices between all their bills and will bring back the expression of a "Long Hot Summer."

I don't know off the top of my head but will try and find out. It's too early to be getting this hot, that's for sure.
