For participants and spectators alike...some logistics info for game day.

GATE 1 (the gate that was nearest the Mean Green Club Deck) will be open by 1:00PM. We will set up tables for registration and the silent auction under the stands on the press box side so it will be covered and have a bit of shade.

I have just been told that HS graduations will be going on in the Super Pit on June 11th as well...so plan parking accordingly. Hopefully, these will be "smaller" schools that will not take up the parking in the area we will be using, but just in case...here is your head's up.

We can set up tailgating near that entrance (Gate One)...hey, if it's too hot...let's try to set up some under the stands in the shade....would the UNT cops run us out? Who knows? maybe best to ask for forgiveness rather than permission...ha!

Bring lots of cold beverages and a wet towel or two might be nice as well...sunscreen is in order (hopefully we won't be faced with a rainy bowl game day)

I should be on site by 1PM to set up, so you can register and pay your playing fee of $25, any donations you might like to add to the pot and start looking at the silent auction items and placing your bids around that time. We can accept cash or checks...no credit cards can be accepted.

Protect your beer! Those grads may try to steal a few! The timing looks good...maybe everyone won't be trying to "come and go" at the same time the GMG.Com folks are trying to get in and out.

Participants and spectators....

We do need a football or two...if you have a football around the house or can get your hands on one or two, please bring them along. We can use them for warm-up and the game itself.

Thanks...wouldn't be too cool to show up to play a flag football game and have no footballs! ha!
