Full story

Justin Combs is a promising cornerback prospect from New York who'd love nothing better than to play college football in the Deep South.

"The competition down South is what I dream about. They say New York (prep) football is nothing compared to Alabama and Florida, but I share the same passion for the game as the fans down there."

Combs' only problem?

Getting football coaches to take him seriously.

So far, he has offers from Middle Tennessee and Tennessee Tech and Miami has expressed interest.

But recruiters wonder if his heart is where his mouth is because, frankly, Combs has everything a teenager could want: Money, fame and a world-famous father, Sean "Diddy" Combs.

According to a 2011 Forbes' survey, his net worth is listed at $475 million....

For a college, Justin Combs is looking for a school that will help him excel academically -- he has a 93 average at the prestigious prep school -- as well as develop his talents as a football player.

"I also want to go to a school with a great community and a love of football," he said.

I'm so on board with this. Non-Stop Biggie hits playing while I'm standing at the waterless urinals.
