My friends and I make Fajitas. We get them from La Azteca off of 35. Quick, easy, and they taste great. I'd like to try something new this season. Any good ideas?

Brats on grill till crusty, then simmered in Shiner Bock. Fresh bun with a Smedge of Guildens mustard and chilled fresh onions. Sides optional.

Beer can chicken, pulled smoked pork shoulder, brisket, ribs have been the norm the last few years. May try smoked chicken tacos this year.
