Me too! The guy says he is a big sports fan. I am hoping he will support the Mean Green and show some Green Pride in the place. Can't wait to give it a try...but no quail eggs on my burgers, please and thank you! I have heard the burgers are great. Can't have too many great burger joints and this one also sells beer! Now, that's a burger joint!

I haven't been to the one in the stockyards and I live just a few miles from there. I have wanted to go, but the Star Cafe always calls my name. I know they do have a burger that is topped with quail eggs. Sounds good.

I took the wife to Lonesome Dove Bistro in Ft. Worth last year and it was well worth the trip. Tim Love is great.

Overall, pretty good burgers, but a little overrated in my book.

He is a complete asshole. Period.

I've heard this and that Grady Spears of Riata fame was a really nice guy, then I have heard the opposite. Just from seeing them interviewed and reading articles on them, I would make the assumption that Tim Love is the jerk and Spears is the good guy.

I tried it yesterday. Not bad, not great, pretty greasy. The environment is great though.

Don't know what you ordered, but our food (burger for me) was not the least bit greasy. Maybe it was the Quail egg...did you try that? I did not...and don't plan on it either...I hate fried eggs of any kind.

Yes my friend and I both got the dirty love burger, which is probably why it was so greasy. Either way, I enjoyed the place and will probably go back a couple times a month.
