My favorite is Texas Chilli Parlor in Austin but would love to know where other good bowls are.

I have never found too many restaurants that have good chili. I will admit that I have ordered chili from Chili's, and it isn't bad. In fact, it's pretty good. Sort of like a traditional red in the vein of Wick Fowler's recipe, which I like personally. Heavy on the red pepper, oregano, and cumin, and not a lot of chunky veggies in it beyond onion.

I am in 100% agreement. Texas Chili Parlor in Austin is the best in Texas!

And, you don't put beans in Chili....just sayin'

Easy, Eddleman's BBQ at Prairie Lakes Golf Course in Grand Prairie. It won't be on regular menu, but ask for Joe or Johnny and they will unthaw you some. It is the best you have ever had! If not...let me know!
