NOW...that's great stuff! Yes, it is well past time that UNT climbed back into relevance in college golf. UNT has a long and proud tradition in golf and had Don January and Billy Maxwell (among others) as representatives of that past glory. Simply great to see UNT mentioned in this way...yes, we have a super coach, and other schools should watch out as UNT is coming back and coming back strong!

I think the Sun Belt may be one of the Top 5 or so men's golf conferences in the nation. MT's only national title is in men's golf, back in the 60's. We had a guy named Larry Gilbert, now deceased, on that team that played many years on the tour (he won the Senior Tour in 97).
