UNT head coach Johnny Jones said Thompson's performance has to rank among the best in Sun Belt history. Mike Jarvis didn't exactly take the high road while taking a shot at Thompson's abilities defensively, but he did say that Thompson's smart because he found something that worked and kept on doing it, which was getting to the line. Even he grudgingly acknowledged how good a game Thompson had.

TT put on a priceless show tonight!!!! TT should be in the next MasterCard Commercial because what he did for himself, his team mates, and UNT was amazing. TT single handledly insured UNT would play another day!!! TT is that talented!!! Not to take away from our other talented players, but if TT was a part of a BSC team (money grubing good for nother cartel conferences) Sport Center would be playing his highlights wall to wall!!!

Maybe they are. They should be. If UNT makes it to the SBC finals they'll have to mention tonights proformance and reference again and again. TT here's to many more games before you play your last 20 minutes!!!

TT glad you choose UNT over all your other BCS opportunities. The NBA has and will notice you come draft day!!!

I've always thought that the guy was special, but after his perfomance against K-State in the tourney last year I began to think that he was extra special. He certainly showed that tonight, and I think that he will show it for us a few more nights before he's done here. He's a guy who will "play on Sundays" if he really wants to. Great job by everyone out there tonight , and I think we're going back to that dance once again! GO GREEN!!!!
