It looks like the feds shut her down so the cable companies can once again force people to pay for 140 channels when they only want 3 of them. Bowl season will be incredibly boring for me next year unless NT gets to go to won because I refuse to pay Time Warner their outrageous demands.

I remember a few years ago hearing a story on NPR that basically said "FCC one step closer to allowing a-la-carte satelitte programming". I guess the cable companies upped their lobbying budget and put the kill on it.
