Please join the Blakeley Family and the Texas Legends for a "Tribute to Coach Bill Blakeley - A Texas Coaching Legend" on Monday, Feb. 21 at 7:00 p.m. at the Dr. Pepper Arena in Frisco, TX. The Texas Legends will host the Austin Toros and the game will be broadcast live on Fox Sports Southwest.

As many of you are aware, Coach Blakeley was a coach for Dallas' original basketball team, the Dallas Chaparrals. The Chaps later became today's San Antonio Spurs. It just so happens that the Legends(Mavericks' affiliate team) will play the Toros, who are the Spurs' affiliate. There will be representatives from both the Mavs and Spurs organizations in attendance to honor Coach Blakeley. This will be a remarkable evening and we hope you can join us!

You are invited to be a guest of our family and we would love it if you could join us. We also ask that you join us in supporting a wonderful cause. While we are happy to provide you, our guest, with any number of complimentary tickets you need for your family/friends, we do ask that you consider making a donation to help raise awareness for the fight against Prostate Cancer. Cash or check donations can be made at the game. Light blue tee shirts will also be available for purchase at the game with proceeds going to charity.

Wearing his initials on our uni's during the season in which he passed away would have been nice I think?
