Oh, who the hell knows this season.

If ULL goes into the Owl's Nest and beats them -- they are seriously a threat to win in Hot Springs. All credit to Marlin for turning that ship around.

ULL 72

FAU 64

Cajuns have no won 7 in a row (six in league play). I hesitate to say this because their overall record is so poor - but they may be the team to beat in Hot Springs. That'd be a sure 16 seed.

Acouple of weeks ago FAU and Denver appeared to be running away with their divisions. That is obviously no longer the case. I wonder if either will win at this point.

I will post the proof for this tonight or tomorrow (once I finish my homework), but I am about 99% sure that IF we somehow manage to win out, we are guaranteed a bye in the first round of the tournament, and in 2 scenarios we actually win the west division. It is going to take a lot of typing.

I think you're correct. I don't suspect it to happen, but yeah. Nobody is running away with this thing, that's for sure. FAU looks like they peaked too early. Denver got a couple of early road wins, but now they're back to their usual form away from home. Everybody else has bad struggles at various points.

MTSU might be the most consistent team over the length of the conference schedule.

Marlin is probably the best X's and O's coach in this league. Great hire by La-La.

Darn. A while back I was put down for giving Marlin some due.

News flash, Marlin is a great coach.

I wonder if in a couple years we will see this loss differently.

No, we won't.

We are vastly more talented than LaLa this year. If you are saying Marlin won the game, then you are saying JJ lost the game.

The game was lost because of a complete lack of effort from the players on the defensive end of the floor.
