And how much did WKU pay you for this Little rant? Man, touchy today aren't you? I would imagine that everyone knew who was being mentioned with the WKY (in case you forgot...KY is the abbreviation

Exactly...just like WKU is Western Kentucky...which would be WKY for those who realize what state abbreviations are these days. Groom-zillas can get a bit touchy the closer to the date it gets.... Lo

All I know is if we don't win this game, the last 3.5 years with Josh and TT were a complete waste of time and money.

Not entirely.

There was that game at Texas where Wooden demolished that guy's testicles with the basketball. That was pretty funny.

Come watch the Mean green take on and BEAT WKY on National TV today with a Denton County Alumni Assoc. Mixer starting at 2:30PM at Fox and Hounds in Lewisville. Yes, I said BEAT WKY for a much needed road win. Not only can they do it, they WILL do it! Be with other members of the Mean Green nation today and enjoy the game.

A bonus will be a short presentation starting at 2:30PM about the UNT Alumni pavilion that is currently under construction at the new stadium. It's gonna be fun!

See you at Fox and Hounds today...

Also, there will be mention of the newly forming Collin County Chapter of the UNT Alumni Association....and, some fun and games...you could get lucky!

GO MEAN GREEN...GO ALUMNI!

I would say they are the closest thing to a rival in our conference.... who else has been on our level over the past 4 years? No one. This is our time to be seen at the national level and let people know what the green are capable of doing. (Even though our records do not show it, these are two great veteran teams who can really ball)

I wonder which team really needs this win more. On ESPN some WK fans are already talking about a loss and a embarrassing season. I still think that outside of Florida Atlantic, Western Kentucky and UNT are still the favorites to me.

I would agree with that come tournament time, just because Denver will have to leave their friendly confines, and I think lose some of the advantage they might otherwise have.

It's WKU, not WKY.

We're not NTU, and if there's any school in this league that deserves the respect of a properly stated name, it's Western Kentucky.

Side note: WKU fan and occasional visitor Dahbeed has taken to calling MTSU "Mediocre Tennessee". I'm a fan of it and suggest we borrow the phrase when appropriate.
