There is lots of talk on this board about making sure Johnny Jones sticks around, but North Texas also needs to do everything they can to keep golf coach Brad Stracke around. The guy is an unbelieveable recruiter, and basically took us from Sun Belt mediocrity to back in the national rankings in one season. Now in year three he has us knocking on the door of the top 25.

spot 28 now....moving on up! A win over Kansas St at La Cantera is not going to hoist us much if any higher.

With the Oak Hills Invitational on the 15th....if we walk away beating out #20 Texas Tech, #44 Baylor, #45 Tulsa and #50 SE Louisiana then I think we breach below the 20's in ranking. Go get em Mean Green!
