Centennial in a laugher @ Naaman Forest HS! Actually, Naaman Forest went on a 17-0 run to start the 3rd quarter but could not get closer than 12 points of Centennial. Had an opportunity to see 6-10 junior center Prince Ebeh of Forest for the 2nd time. Being recruited by all the big guys in the 2012 class. I'm happy with our 6-10 Forrest.

Quiet night for Chris Jones. Didn't look to score at all tonight but to possibly pad his area leading assist average of 7.1. Only had 3 with 2 minutes remaining (had to beat the traffic) Centennial was hitting all night but could not convert Chris' passes into assists. Unofficially, I had him with 8 points, 4 steals, 3 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 fouls and 1 1/2 turnovers. Had the play of the game when he stole the ball, drove to his bucket (with a trailing defender; determined to block his layup) and posterized the kid with a monster dunk & one. In my view, solidified the starting point position next year. (pending eligibility) Outstanding night for Tech recruit Toddrick Gotcher. If Centennial does not go far in the playoffs it will be because of a very weak district schedule. Coach really believes in leaving his stars in the game despite most games being routs. Jones did have to leave the game early in the 3rd with a knee injury. Up by 22, coach put him back in the game with a noticeable limp. Was not nearly effective after that.

A point that does not care about his scoring average can be a great asset. Just counting the guys who have signed this class is shaping up to be something very special. You never know but I can see all these high school recruits as being stars.

I'm thinking that Trey Norris might be injured......as he has not been listed in the last two SGP boxscores.
