Tuesday Games

South Grand Prairie (20-5) 74 Midlothian 39, apparently Trey Norris is still injured; did not show up in box score

Eastland (22-3) best Merkel 67-50 with Forrest Robinson with 28

Wednesday Games

Kimbell (25-1) in 98 to 47 laugher over North Dallas, Jordan Williams with 10

Casper CC beat Laramie CC 73-70

Hopefully Brandon Walton is coming out of a bad shooting slump, hitting 18 on 6-13 shooting including 5-10 on threes, he also had 5 rbs and 3 asts.

As as aside, seeing all the NT recruits great team records reminds me of Trilli recruit Dexter Tennell

He led the state in scoring with over 30 ppg but his team did not win one game, difficult to imagine

Ricardson's Torrance Carr is tied with Trey Norris at 17.1 per game. Scored 26 Wednesday Night

Maybe Carr is coming here with the intent of being a 2 sport athlete ??

From the looks of things, he's needed much more on the gridiron.

It would take a phenomenal athlete, and student, to pull off 2 sports. Would love to see it happen, but I highly doubt it.

He can play basketball here...but only if he grabs the rebound off the first missed free throw of a two shot foul, races up the floor, oblivious to the fact that no one is trying to stop him, and throws down on our end.

Its UNT, two-sport athlete tradition.

Are you criticizing someone for dunk driving?

In his defense, it was after a missed second shot. Unfortunately, the shooter had been fouled while shooting a three.

The pump-you-up muscle flex accompanied by the loud groan afterward are what made it so comical. The refs were practically dying, they were wiping tears from their eyes as they returned the ball to the foul shooter.

That's right...thanks for the clarification of such a wonderful, wonderful moment in UNT sports' history.
