Just watched the Mean Green Insider

-Tyler Hall out with turned ankle- "out for a couple of weeks". JJ says he a key guy in practice.(practice?practice? we talkin' bout practice?)

-Jamie Egneti(walk-on) is now available for the first time this season.

-Cameron Spencer.No Update

-Alzee Williams. Mean Green Matt Update:" he said his knee is healing up pretty well. He is going to use a reshirt year, and come back next year with 3 years of elibility left"

Interesting to see if Jamie will get any mins.

A big body at 6'8'' 265 but not much playing time at UNT(senior)

Good to hear Alzee is healing up. Really could of used his lock down D this season though.

Since Cameron already had to sit out a year after transferring from SMUt, he wont take a red shirt correct?

I'm not sure, but I think because he already sat out a year, he would need to apply for a medical redshirt (which is actually called a medical hardship waiver...I think). That would also result in a 6th year, and we know the NCAA track record of granting those to UNT. I personally think we need to use him as soon as he comes available, preferably before the SBC tournament, and use that scholarship on either a JUCO big man or a transfer.
