Michael Stojkovic, Qb/ath From Katy Hs

I received some information from one of our fans in Houston that Michael Stojkovic a QB/ATH from Katy HS 2010 is enrolled at North Texas. Stojkovic graduated in 2010. He had several other options but chose North Texas under the McCarney staff. I believe that he will have 4 years left of eligibility. I also believe he is a good enough athlete that he could be recruited to play another position. I will be pulling up some more data on him shortly but I will tell you that Katy has an outstanding program year in year out. GMG!

looks like Stojkovic is more of an ATH than a QB. He played WR at Katy in 2008, and then switched to QB in the 2009 season. ended up bulking up and playing OLB/S at prep school. Good sized kid and athlete. Could be a sleeper contributor to the North Texas program.

I am pretty sure we recruited him to play on the defensive side of the ball. Based on the videos I would think we try to play him close to the LOS, but it looks like he is more of a player in space.

From the DRC article, Stojkovic, which means "kick your a$$ in Polish, was recruited as an OLB.
