Whether UTSA was invited or not the one thing for certain is they won the PR battle hands down and has been able to elevate the perception (warranted or not) of its football program, its athletic department and school across the sporting world. They are running circles around UNT leadership who seem to just be sitting on their thumbs. SMH.
Ummm no, but nice effort to come on another team's board to brag about being the next best thing to sliced bread when your team has scored less points in 4 games than UNT scored in one game three nights ago. I don't see much of a huge difference attendance REPORTED wise. (Should we count Rice, who basically is a home game for them being 4 miles away?) But happy your fanbase loves the product on the field this year.
Mr. Frosty's
For those around in the late 1950's and early 1960's, Barlow's right off the square was a great place, a place that some of us athlete's could go, because we did not have much money to spend. Great country food and the best peach cobbler anywhere, plus Mr. Barlow was a wonderful man.
