Interesting press conference. It was great to hear UNT mentioned. The AD was talking about who Coach Fran was going to have to compete against recruiting - June Jones in Dallas, Mike Sherman in College Station, Mack Brown in Austin and Dan McCarney in Denton. He went one to say that all these guys have been successful at all levels, so he needed to hire a coach who could compete with these coaches.

And now for more token smack talk about how TXSt is inferior to us: We don't compete with TXSt for recruits. They compete with SFA and the other D-II schools of that ilk.

Or Briles, Sumlin, Tuberville, Coker, or whoever Rice is trotting around these days.
