I totally agree about Baine. I think that his best chance to contribute this fall would be at Safety. At 6'X210 he's certainly big enough.

I believe we will hear this phrase alot this fall " Thompson to Baine for another firstdown !"

Remember he walked on as a WR first before Coach Dodge moved him backed to QB.

I hope the young man finally gets some "Scholly" help this year. I think he showed us all hes got some wheels and can take a hit !!

Yes, I remember that he walked on as a WR, which is why I think that he should be fast enough to play safety. And again, he's certainly big enough. He could end up at WR again, but I doubt it.

This is the one that stands out for be as a bit off base. I thought Prior did a very good job at H-back. Good enough that I am afraid he stays there if we don't get any relief at the H-back/TE position from current players or new recruits.

It is likely that we see him at backup MLB this year though. I can't think of any other players with the size and talent to play there.

I think this is exactly why the Andrew Power signing could be so critical. Power signs and he (probably) starts immediately at TE...the UB can be a rotation between Greg Brown and Drew Miller in more run oriented formations and perhaps Olawale, who's a bit under-sized to be a hand down TE, but is a valuable receiver, in passing situations. Throw in Fitzpatrick (hopefully) and you have 5 guys for 2 spots...enough depth to move Prior back to LB...where he belongs.
