Anyway, I got Colt Mahan's card (it was mailed to my address with his name on it). Green Grenade II got someone else's card....and FFR got Zeke's card.

So I'm guessing someone else got mine.

That's fine....I don't really care about the card. But there must be some glitch in the Ath. Department system that's sending out correspondence to the wrong people....and that needs to be corrected ASAP.

Anyone else?

I got the wrong one too.

For some reason, I really wasn't surprised.

It is just the sort of thing they continue to do.

It will be interesting to see who falls on their sword for this one.

yep...but i didn't realize it until after i opened it. the wifey gave me a letter with the unt letterhead on the envelope, so i just opened it. cool card...i like it!

If it had the wrong address, you wouldn't have received it.

Only in the Mean Green Nation can a glitch in an Excel file cause a Major Incident.

On the other hand, it's been over an hour and no one's tried to blame Mandy yet. Progress...

I hope that intern is fed to sharks, rescued, and then covered in salt.

That would be pointless considering sharks can only live in SALT water. He would already feel the sting before he was rescued.

Bull Sharks live in fresh water and have been found in US rivers.

      Yes, EM has very similar records to SL, but are we not in a better conference, playing better teams? The AAC was 6-2 in bowl games, C-USA was 1-4. This is an important aspect that is always overlooked in the EM vs SL argument. Also, SL didn’t have to deal with NIL or the portal (granted, it’s possible he would have handled it well, but I have my doubts). Finally, I just don’t feel like we get our asses handed to us near as much as with SL. I know there are those that say “a loss is a loss,” but I’d much rather lose by one score instead of three score. I looked up the numbers at one time, but the number of 21+ point losses under SL was just crazy. In the past two seasons we have 10 conference losses, and 6 of those have been one score games. Only twice have we been throttled in conference…last year vs SMU and this year vs UTSA. This year we lost to 3 of the top 4 teams in the conference (Army, Tulane, and Memphis). Last year we lost to the top 4 teams in the conference (SMU, Tulane, Memphis, and UTSA). That’s bad luck on scheduling to even have to play all of the top teams in the conference. None of this is meant as praise for EM. I’m just saying that I think it’s obviously better than SL. I’ll give the rest of the argument as I honestly don’t have a clue.

      So sick of the crap this football program slings us

      Its different now with the NIL and transfer rules, unless a team is in the playoff, the season is over when the portal opens. All of these bowl games are meaningless now (outside the playoffs), they start off each bowl game talking about how many players left, these are not even the same teams that played in the season. This is why I would rather a head coach spend December focused on recruiting players from the portal then preparing for a bowl game.
