I am pretty sure he was roommates with Phillip Butts, but I could be mistaken. Either way, you didn't have Jack without Phillip.

Seems it was a "Jimmy" something or another but I don't think Croft.

Jimmy Burkholder or some last name that starts with a "B" I think--but I'm just not sure.

Burkholder played DE for Fry back in that era, as did Dennis Dillard. Burkholder was from the S.A. area I believe though.

Was Jimmy even 5'11" ? SUMG could probably correct me, but didn't Burkholder play some LB at times, too?

Remember the kicker that followed Iseed Khouri? I think he's name was Housbin Farteen. Man, wish we still had that old Iranian connection. Those two could kick and Farteen could blow the roof off the place.
