I guess Tennessee didn't deserve to be in the tournament either. Maybe the SEC was only top heavy with Georgia and Texas. I'm obviously being facetious. What I said earlier is true...you can't give too many hot takes or give reasonable judgements about teams being deserving or not because of one game. Sometimes blowouts happen in big games even when teams are well matched on paper. -

Truth. I’m a fan of the underdog in March Madness and I feel the same about the CFP. The upsets are the special moments of the tournament.- 2

The only reason you’re saying that is bc it’s SMU. When it was UCF or Cincinnati or Boise, everyone hypes up the little guy bc they delude themselves that maybe in the right universe that could be UNT.- 3
