I don't know what's worse -- the fact that we offered Dan McCarney or the fact that he had to think about first . . . . . .

Someone needs to put together a Hitler video on the hiring of McCarney.

How about neither one. Most people don't hop on a job offer even if it is their dream job. I don't have any idea what a "Hitler Video" is, but it seems like an over the top remark.

so if our President is doing the job of our AD then let's just be like Vandy and get rid of our AD and save some money. Otherwise let your AD do his job and if u don't like the job he is doing then find a new one.

the whole point to using Neinas was to avoid these types of situations. ie -- the job wouldn't be offered unless the coach in question was going to take it. Yet, it appears we offered and left us hanging for a while.

so basically we only really were interested in hiring those who Neinas had serious contact with....the reality is Fran really only had a chance if those Neinas represents didn't accept the job?
