So sick of the crap this football program slings us
This was specific to basketball but applies here as well, but was told once by a North Texas fan that they wouldn’t stand up and cheer until the end of the game. Kinda sums of the bulk of our fanbase. Is it apathy? Is it lack of pride? Too “cool” to cheer? Idk. But I do know Texas State fans created a definite home field advantage on Friday. And don’t give me this football being a disappointment nonsense. Texas State came into the season looking at a conference championship and dark horse CFP G5 rep and ended with 7 wins instead. They still showed up and showed out. -
