Just out of curiosity, but why are these road games late in the season in the middle of the afternoons yet our home games during this part of the year are in the evenings? Would love to be there as the Pourhouse is a great place to watch the games, but I have to work.

Our late season games used to be in the later afternoon, but then were moved to late night several years ago. I never understood this move, I wish the late season games would move back to a 3pm kick.

I'm guessing they are surely showing the ESPN Gameplan feed through satelite/cable rather than the Internet ESPN 3 feed.

I was told that we went away from afternoon games because of all of the kids activities at that time. The powers that be in the athletic department believe that our attendance would be hurt if we had to compete with them. Apparently lots of our fans have kids or grandkids who participate in Saturday afternoon events. I really miss the afternoon games in October and November but do not think they will return any time soon.

Speaking of attendance worries, I still can't figure why we would have our opening basketball game on a Friday around noon when hardly no season ticket holders can attend?

Unbelivable!

When UNT is leading the Big XIII South year in and year out, UNT dictates the time of the games. I personally am looking forward to the 6 a.m. start time because tickets will be that in demand!

When I see the construction cam shots right at sunrise, I want to see a sunrise game from the alumni side, the first light on that side of the stadium is just beautiful.
