A Great Day To Tailgate

Just a beautiful day for a tailgate, it started a little slow but ended really well. I would like to thank all those that stopped by and added to our tailgate experience. I hope the food was acceptable.

I think we were right next to you guys. I've only met a few of you but our group had the trailer hitch grill. My friend's kids liked the elder gentleman..."who's your daddy?"

Indeed it was...I think I stopped by your tailgate and talked with Silver a bit...stole a few nuts from the bag...but sure wanted one of those great looking burgers...just too shy to ask! Ha! GREAT DAY for tailgating, indeed it was!

Tony makes one of the best burgers in the world. And when I say that he makes it - he makes it from beggining to end. He grinds the meat himself and makes these huge patties - then cooks them medium rare. They freaking melt in your mouth. Great burgers - great atmosphere. Thanks for feeding us Tony and being such a good host!

Thanks guys, remember you all are always welcome. Mark just speak up I have plenty of food. I would have loved to throw another burger on the grill. We also had Beer soaked Brats, chicken breasts marinated in my idea of Cajun marinade, homemade brownies, Refried black beans made from scratch cooked with salt pork served with melted cheese on top as a dip for white corn chips, and my hand ground sausage stuffing balls are a great finger food.

I have to say that the best part of tailgating yesterday was the Red Bull Chariot races. That was great entertainment and we had a great time tailgating next to it while watching TCU dismantle a good Utah team and that thrilling Michigan win over Illinois
