All you would have to do is change a few words and you could describe our situation. That story sounds eerily familiar.

I was thinking the same thing. Honestly, whoever we have as our next head coach, we have to give them a free hand in hiring their assistants and building a program, otherwise it never seems to work. However, I'd make one exception: ask them not to talk about bowl games at their first press conference.
