I guess I should have actually looked @ the conferences before just throwing a number out there , but then again everything on rivals is always iffy so what do they know

I'd probably flip USA /wKu & FIU/ Troy in the East. West looks about right. Not much talent difference between the bottom 3 teams , but I think Bob Marlin himself puts them (UL) @ 4. I might have switched Monroe/UALR , but it's hard to tell.

I was hoping more towards the 16 part of my educated guess than the 18. Not a bad writeup for the league. He obviously spent a few minutes researching the Belt.
