I'm watching the UFL game on Versus right now, Las Vegas vs. Florida, and Adrian Awasom got a good mention during the lineups. They said his height, weight, AND they mentioned he was from North Texas. They didn't mention the alma maters of any of the other defensive players for Las Vegas. He also made the tackle on the very next play!

He was a darn good player here, and it's pretty cool to see he is still out there representing North Texas well!

Quick look at LV rosterproduces these finds:

DeDe Dorsey: RB that was on the Bengals Hard Knocks last year

Chase Clement of Rice and SA (Woo!)

Teddy Lehman former Lion, Bill, and Sooner

Samie Parker -- Who just scored, from Oregon and a handful of NFL squads.

Tim Rattay L-Tech

Marcel Shipp, former Cardinals starter.

and the Florida Tuskers, (horrible name):

Brooks Bollinger, former Raven

Aveion Cason - former Cowboy

anyway. I'll prolly watch until the Okie St v a&m game is on.

Sort of reminds me but does anyone know what ever happened to Brad Kassel? Last I heard, he was on season ending IR with the Jets either in 08 or last season. Hope he's still in the NFL in some capacity.

Brad and his wife own an athletic training facility in Austin.
