I've never camped out in the Fouts parking lot the night prior to one of the football games. Is it family friendly? I'm thinking of doing this the night before the Kansas State game and bringing my 8 year old son. I'd like to hear about some of your experiences.

Our family has a pop-up camper, and I was wonderfing the same thing!

Is there as big of a turnover in ADs as there is in coaches?

Its not bad. Campus PD and the parkin nazis may come by to check on you. I'm assuming youre in a RV? You've inspired me, I may have a campout.

Weatherproof it. I cant say its ill-advised, I've bee sleeping on a cot under my ez-up tent the night before the first home game for 6 or 7 years now.

This sounds like so much fun. I'd say I'd be there but when that game rolls around we'll have a newborn at home and I don't think I can talk the wife into giving me a weekend pass just yet.
