Iconic Denton Restaurant?
Help me out fellas: Before there was the Loophole, there was a great restaurant in that space. Great for dates, for celebrations and parents coming in to see how their money was being spent. Great bar, long, shotgun style building that had this second level of dining space atop a wide staircase. The flavored ice tea was awesome too. Other than that, The Tomato (I was still living in Denton in its heyday but it wasn't yet here while I was a student}, Texas Pickup with W Prairie Street Pub for post-meal American Shuffleboard and Jims Diner. Clarifications: Was Zeke's a fish place like the Fort Worth shop? Denton Co Independent Hamburger: I thought Mike Barnett is Dave's brother. Mike also owns a good BBQ place in Justin and is opening another restaurant in Argyle soon. GMG -

Iconic Denton Restaurant?
2007-2010 I miss Hooyahs close to campus. Those big ass burritos were great. Crooked crust, Roosters, and Denton Co Hamburgers were my go to places. -
