Urban dictionary had it as tattle tell. That's all the I needed to see to go forward with my reply.

I think we should debate whether this is a true fan since he/she waited until 4:30 before they called to get tickets.

I've had 2 bad experiences with the ticket office since Gabe has left.

1) The didn't want to sell me Clemson tickets, I had to call John Burkett to call them to straighten the mess out

2) I left 2 tickets for friends in Will Call for the Rice game about an hour before kick off. Somehow they got lost and couldn't find them

I miss that guy. He was a good fan of sports. The question is, how do we get him back? Do we visit his office directly, follow his Twitter or just drop him a LinkedIn message?
