UNT is 0-2. Dodge is 5-33 in his 4th season, with the worst record in school history.

But what is a shocker was FIU's performance against Rutgers. I've seen Rutgers ranked as high as 43 in some preseason polls (for what they are worth). FIU's defense impressed. I had this down as a win for UNT. Uh-oh.

Their defense gave up only 172 yards. Impressive.

Bob Tyler as a Division 1 coach, but Dennis Parker as a i-aa coach was putrid. He might have been a great HS coach (sound familiar), but he was in way over his head as a college head coach.
