Will The Sbc Schedule Help Unt Go Bowling?

For certain a change of pace here...

Farfetched idea in light of today's attitudes, threads and postings? I suppose, but it wasn't in 2001 when this program had its backs against the wall until a walk through the SBC turned it around that season. That walk-through the SBC had to have some breaks like "the Miracle in the Desert" for starters.

Of course, it would be nice to win an OOC game this Fall and against Army this Saturday we might get that first win of the season. Yet stranger things have happened at UNT in the early days of the SBC and NO's Bowl. It's still 2 seasons in college football--the OOC season and the conference season so lets see what happens.

The Rice game was a butt-kick, but with our improved offense and defense, anything can happen in the Sun Belt Conference, but we need to stay healthy.

What if UNT had won by 1 point last night? Wouldn't today's threads and postings have been so very different?

GMG!
