Interesting Marshall is 0-9 against WVU (first game in 1911) and consider them in-state rivals.

The widow of the Marshall coach killed 40 years ago in the team plane crash did the coin toss to start the game. I think they said it was the first Marshall game there she has attended since the crash.

BTW....Houston hosts UTEP after this game on ESPN.

Am I the only one who wanted to puke at the way the announcers were groveling over WV at the end of the game? It seems like every time ESPN cover a BSC conference team versus a non AQ conference team they spend a lot trying to make it sound like the non-AQ schools really don’t deserve to be on the same field as the BSC conference schools.

Or a Mike Price team in November, right?

I really don't know much about UTEP but Houston is mighty solid this year and they were playing at home. It was an outcome that I and I think most outsiders would have expected anyways.

I am not going to disagree.

I was talking about his record in El Paso during November. But, yes, I was pretty riled up based on their (Miners) performance last night.
