Who all is going to be tailgating this weekend? What are you cooking?

I will be and im going to probably be cooking boudain and jambalaya. Going to eat plenty of rice since the Mean Green is going to eat Rice on Saturday. GO MEAN GREEN!

We are doimg brats and some potato salad. Nothing too adveturous this time so we are not cooking too much in the heat.

planning on skirt steak topped with tomatillo sauce and melted pepperjack cheese, though some of the folks that were going to go with me are starting to bail. Dang kids' sports.

I'm also bringing a bag of green apple popcorn for folks to try. It's pretty good and the color's right.

Teaming up wih Manhattan Construction, the contractor for our new football stadium and our new Central Park in Grand Prariie. Menu is: shinor Bock Brats, Shrimp Diablos, Chicken and Beef Fajitas, Mean Green Hot Links and the Margarita and Shot Bar. Gotta Love It! Go Green!
