Tried to log-in to catch up and do a recap of some sort, but no. I've read 11 threads and already overdosed on stupid. I'm going to need some kind of cleansing detox flush to make sure I'm purified by Saturday.

Great effort by the team in Clemson. If I had done a recap, it would have opened with Murray attempting to write the lyrics to "Leggy Blonde" on the Flight of the Conchords show. He just sings the word "hi" over and over again and everyone says "wow, it's better than I expected." I sent way too low a mental bar for the team to clear on Saturday afternoon, and was glad to see it cleared and then triumphantly peed on. I still have questions about the passing game, but they are not even worth raising until we play a few more games against our peers. GMG!

The defense is MUCH better this year. A few bad decisions came back to bite us on the scoreboard but overall I thought Coach Deloach had his men playing well. We still catch bad breaks like on that second play of the game when the official interfered; he was Clemson's twelfth man. I thought Cook would have made that tackle if he hadn't been screened off by the zebra. There was some satisfaction when he got whacked and they carted him off.
