What Are Final Fall Enrollment Numbers For...

Official numbers don't come until after 12th Class Day and aren't usually released by the state until sometime later (October?), but you should start to see "unofficial" versions that will be close sometime soon after the official census date.

OK, UNT's initial Fall enrollment w/o late registration was 36,000+ or so.

How do we find out what UH's, TTU's etc, etc, etc; anyway how do we find out what all our sister Texas public univerisities "initial" numbers were? Thanks in advance to whoever finds these numbers.

not sure why this really matters enrollment size says nothing about the quality of a university

It says a lot of students want to be here.

Again, why are you still obsessing about UNT. I would really like to know what perceived wrong has so dramatically effected your life, that you haunt message boards just to disparage UNT. I am sure that you are aware that your obsession is far from normal.

I think following Mean Green football a few decades has made some of us abnormal. Maybe a few of us more than others?:):whistling1::innocent:

More students means more athletic fee$ or am I missing something here?

UNT will one day be a Tier 1 university. Mark that in 3 inch headlines!

I agree that enrollment and school size maybe doesn't mean something huge but it does mean that students want to come here and with the perception and upgrades the university is doing....when they reach that level in athletics and everything else from research etc then I will rather have 40k+ prideful students supporting their school than say 20k.

No. It is now its own university (University of North Texas at Dallas) and no longer a campus (University of North Texas - Dallas Campus) of UNT (the Denton campus)

Congrats on the Red Raiders win over SMU yesterday. The 'Stangs did give it the good ol' college try, though. TTU had to amost feel like LSU did in their last gasp win over North Carolina. But a win....is a win. Unfound Rumor: June Jones will go back to UHawaii after they go Indy'.

NThomas (or anyone) Has University of Houston counted all their satellite campuses in their enrollment totals of years past.

Anyone know what UH's first initial enrollment numbers were this Fall? And Texas Tech's initial enrollment numbers?

UH does not have "satellite campuses" they have two system centers one in Sugarland and one in Cinco Ranch and the student at those two would count towards which ever university in the UH system offers the programs they are enrolled in....UHV, UH Downtown, and UH Clear Lake are all free standing universities with their own enrollment counts

But why?

I don't see it listed on there, but TxState also has a fish collection that represents one of the oldest lines of genetically pure lines of breeding stock in the USA

http://www.xiphophorus.txstate.edu/stockcenter.html

they have a beautiful campus with a great setting, a top quality Aquatics program and a Geography program that has been highly ranked several times....they also have a college of business with a larger endowment than the college of business at UNT and an engineering program with the same or more endowment resources than the one at UNT and the total endowment for Tx State San Marcos is only $110,000 and change less than UNT's

they also have a new nursing program that has a decent endowment and offers a much needed degree in an area that has been under served for nursing graduates

so location and quality of programs and types of programs offered

Jeez, all I was requesting were Fall 2010 initial enrollment numbers, not a shameless plug for TSU (San Marcos)!

you of all the ones talking about a long diatribe

I hope your business located in a town west of the city called Fort Worth and nicknamed Cowtown or Funkytown by some that plays sounds through a speaker system for people attempting to have merriment on days that are occasions that are special to them is doing well in this economy and that the business you are able to generate picks up in the future when this economy that anyone with an ounce of common sense calls the suck turns around and increases in economic velocity

Well, I sorta' suggested I was the one "dia'tribing" and my business is doing well even without a hand-down stimulus package taken from the rich coupled with yours and my tax monies. Being a white anglo-saxon protestant, I would probably not be elgible anyway if I were even interested (of which I am not).

Initial Fall 2010 enrollment numbers of Texas public universities, anyone?:lol:

Go USA!

the Tx State info was for the one that ask "why"

you can expect TTU at just under 32K and UNT at just over 35K without counting the 2K at UNTd

anything else will not be released until after the 12th class day when numbers are final
