Anyone think that last portion is a direct result of complaints here on the board after the last Arkansas game? I do.

What did I miss ?

I added in that last part , because I don't think you have to be in the MGC to attend.. or am I wrong ?

Some, who were students at the time, were surprised by how inhospitable a certain AD employee (since gone) was to them because they weren't MGC members.

Good reason (as if another good reason was needed) to join the Mean Green Club. I think the Mean Green Club is another area that is seeing increased emphasis by the athletic department and one in which benefits to membership are increasing.

Especially at "away games" admission "requirements" should be fairly relaxed. On the other hand, if benefits to membership are open to all-comers regardless of membership or not, are you not negating the "membership" and lowering the value of your product? Why join when you can get the benefits of membership without helping to support the program? Maybe the answer is a "student" level Mean Green Club membership fee. Maybe that could develop some early interest in developing long-term Mean green Club membership and support.
