Sure hope all the retired and "rich folks" who don't have to work enjoy the show. OK, I realize some working folks can make a lunch time show in Denton...I know, I know. But, really, why at NOON???? Is there really some reason for a noon show as opposed to an evening show? maybe TD's schedule is just such that an evening show will not work. Well, if it works and the house is packed, then all the good for them...no hard feelings, but sure wish at least sometimes it could be after work hours like it was a couple of years ago.

I hope those that can attend, do...and that they will pass along any great tidbits of info to the rest of us who cannot attend. Please...and Thank You!

One minor element of either the offense or defense (usually the O-line) 'graded out' at ____, which is grounds for optimism.

We've got a really young team, and they're still learning how to deal with that adversity.

There's still a lot of time left in the season. Plenty of time for us to reach most of our really important goals.

I think a lot of folks may not realize the level of football that's played in our conference these days. (Insert team other than Western Kentucky) is a pretty good little team, and (insert coach other than Dave Ellson) is doing some nice things over there.

No matter what happened on the field last Saturday, our boys never stopped fighting, and I'm so proud of them for that.

A lot of people may just look at the final, and not realize that with (insert length of time in the game) left, we were still hanging in there with a chance to win the thing.

I tell my men that you can't control luck, all you can do is prepare for the things that you CAN control. This was another one where if we'd just had 1 or 2/3/4/5 plays go our way, the final result would have been in our favor.

I think if you look at the effort and the performance by our guys, we deserved to win this game. Unfortunately, that's true of both teams. This was a tough one between two very hungry teams, and we just didn't catch the breaks we needed to make the difference.

Am I happy that this one went in the loss column? No, I'm not. Nobody wants to win more than I do, unless maybe it's the men who are on this journey with me. But we're going to stick together and keep fighting, and I believe that it's going to turn around for us. There are still ___ games left, and I think we can show the kind of results we want, the kind of results our fans are wanting. I'll tell you one thing- whatever the final results are at the end of a game, I know what's in the hearts of those boys out there. Win or lose, I'm proud to be taking this journey with them, and I know that the struggles and the fight we're going through today are going to make all of them BETTER HUSBANDS AND FATHERS SOMEDAY.

------------

There, that's pretty much everything I've ever heard in three years of listening to Todd Dodge Radio Shows.

Anyone who can't make it out in person this season or who may not have the chance to listen live on the radio... I'd be happy to do all of those in my best Todd Dodge impression on a telephone voicemail so they can enjoy a Todd Dodge Radio Show any time that's convenient.

I have to admit, Tasty, that's pretty good, and not that far from reality as well. Maybe they should schedule the show for, say, 3:00AM on Sunday mornings and just play a tape of your statements with TD's voice over. You do get a +1 from me...too funny! And, there all along I thought I would have to miss out.
