"Boise State coming back to the WAC is a real possibility. The school left for the Mountain West earlier in the summer, and can return to the WAC without penalty. With no BYU in the Mountain West, no Utah in the Mountain West, and TCU rumored to be looking elsewhere, suddenly the grass isn't greener for the boys from Boise".

If both Fresno and Nevada head for the MWC that is most likely the end of the WAC. Leaving Hawaii, Idaho, La. Tech, NM State, SJSU, and Utah State. 6 teams, while 8 is needed to maintain a conference. Either that all say there goodbyes and go their seperate ways or try to poach a few schools or bring a few up from lower tiers. My guess would be they go their own routes. Which I'm sure like La Tech would look forward to.

Its all starting to get interesting again.
