So, level 5 is club, 6 is suites, 7 is press....what is the 4th level...at the top of the seats and under the club level seating ? Is this a corridor ? is there any access to this level or you just look below to the floor 4 floors below you? Will you be able to exit the seating at the TOP of the main seating area and walk to other areas..look over a balcone..etc? Whats the story?

That is correct.

So you are saying that the floor of the club is the ceiling of the outdoor seating area for the club...they have this plus the small upper deck ? so in effect, the club is 2 levels...a seating area on one level and then the bar area with the small deck ?

No, I'm pretty sure the club level is only one floor with upper deck seating on the outside of that same floor. The small club deck will overhang the main seating section but I'm not sure what is in back of that main section...I believe nothing, just a drop to the concourse. Suite level is above club level and then presslevel on the top.
