This is pretty hard to believe. Hopefully one day players will look at playing for UNT and getting a free college education as something more lucrative than being a truck driver. One can dream right?

Does anyone really know if he was in fact a promising player, has fully recovered from his injuries, does not have family obligations that become before football, havs academic issues, etc.? Not everyone is suited for college or college football, It is easy to criticize especially when you are speculating without much information. Maybe he just rather drive trucks, but there could be any number of other reasons; he is not going to play at NT. Whatever, I hope Keenan made the right decision for himself.

Sorry to lose him, but just to be clear. "He has a grandfather with a trucking business and is going to work for his company." Going to work for you grandfather, the owner of a trucking business, is not quite the same as becoming a truck driver.

One would think that having a college degree (Business Degree) would help lead him to carry on a very successfull and profitable trucking business for his Grandfather. But after 40+ years in business, what do I know?

Kenan, good luck GOOD BUDDY.
