This continues to be a typical year for a young team. Up and down. The good part is that they could get on a hot streak and make some noise in the SBC Tournament. The other good news about the Lady Eagle's is the future looks great.

I think the whole season for the guys and girls can be summed up in Vilma's shot from behind the 3-point line to win the game with 20 seconds left... funny to see, but a just another bad decision! It's just another game that we should have won going into the final 10 minutes with a lead and blowing it.... It's happened at just about every game I've been at this year, both guys and girls, and everytime the second half slide starts, I think we just might make it through, but dumb plays like the CENTER shooting a 3 pointer for our last shot of the game ruins our chances of winning... sorry to be depressing, but for being at almost every home game in 2003 so far and only seeing ONE win!!!!! It's getting really under my skin.. but atleast I get a trip to Kentucky and a look at a bright future for the girls.... on to Bowling Green
